- Rabbi Elchanan Shoff
Rabbi Elchanan Shoff has many years of experience teaching high school boys and girls here in Los Angeles. Known for his Torah publications (he is the author of multiple sefarim and English books on Torah) and his online presence teaching torah, he is most appreciated by his students for his deep care and love for them, and has maintained close relationships with a very large number of his students over the years who consider him a wise and caring mentor who is truly devoted to their happiness and growth at every stage of life.
Rabbi Shoff will be responsible to build the team of Rabbeim and teachers, and set the tone in the yeshiva among staff and students. He will be responsible to oversee the educational and behavioral chinuch.

Rabbi Stulberger’s vast experience and success in chinuch will be cherished in his role as the Rosh Vaad HaChinuch; His attention and support are invaluable, and his input will be deeply felt.
Principal Of General Studies
- Mr Joel Fisher
Mr. Fisher has previously taught at YULA and graduated from Harvard-Westlake.
Additionally, Mr. Fisher worked as a writer/producer at CNN, WGBH and the US Chamber of Commerce, and in development at Hebrew College and Cedars-Sinai.
He has studied at YU, William & Mary, Brandeis, HUC, and Harvard -- and still has much to learn.
Rabbi Ishal, a Los Angeles native, was a talmid muvhak and shamesh of HaGaon Rav Henach Leibowitz ZT"L for over a decade. In his role as the personal secretary of his Rosh HaYeshiva ZT"L, Rabbi Ishal forged a close and lasting Kesher with many other Gedolei HaTorah including HaRav Dovid Feinstein ZT"L, the Novominsker Rebbe ZT"L and Libadel L'Chaim HaRav Shmuel Kaminetsky Shlita. Rabbi Ishal gained much insight from his beloved Rebbi's passion and wisdom, which fueled him with the mission and vision of building a Yeshiva to serve the ever growing community of Los Angeles.
